Role: Site Acquisition / Network Expansion Manager

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Mumbai,Pune, Kochi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, NCR, Jaipur,Chandigarh,Indore,Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and scout suitable land parcels for EV charging station deployment
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
• Manage end-to-end site acquisition process including documentation and agreements
• Negotiate commercial terms with landowners and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and deployment
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and vendors
• Ensure timely closure of sites as per business targets
• Monitor territory performance and provide regular updates

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in:

• Telecom (Tower Installation / Rollout)
• ISP / Fiber Deployment
• Real Estate / Land Acquisition
