Currently we are hiring for Packet core engineer, Below are the details.
Role: Packet core Engineer
Location: Noida, Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor Packet Core network elements and services through OSS/NMS tools.
- Perform real-time surveillance of LTE EPC and 5G Core alarms.
- Execute initial fault isolation, impact assessment, and troubleshooting.
- Acknowledge, analyze, and escalate critical alarms as per operational procedures.
- Open and manage trouble tickets with internal teams and vendors.
- Perform health checks and routine operational activities.
- Follow incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Prepare shift handover reports and operational summaries.
- Coordinate with L2, Engineering, Transmission, IP, RAN, and Vendor teams during incidents.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket resolution.
- Support planned maintenance activities during maintenance windows.
- Maintain operational documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, CCNA, or 5G certifications are preferred.
Experience
For L1 Engineer
- 0-3 years of Telecom NOC/Packet Core Operations experience.
For Senior L1 Engineer
- 3-5 years of LTE EPC / 5G Core Operations experience.
