Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand visibility, demand generation, customer retention, and revenue growth for the IT business. The role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, B2B marketing, cross-sell/up-sell initiatives, and close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to maximize customer value and retention.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with IT business goals.

Build brand positioning and market presence across digital and offline channels.

Identify new growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

Demand Generation & Revenue Support

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for IT services and solutions.

Support sales pipeline through qualified leads, campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives within the existing customer base.

Track campaign ROI, conversion metrics, and revenue contribution.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.

Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies for creatives, content, and campaigns.

Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.

Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

Design customer engagement, onboarding, and retention programs to improve customer lifetime value.

Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to improve renewals and retention.

Leverage customer feedback and analytics to improve marketing and service offerings.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor marketing and cross-functional teams.

Coordinate with sales, customer success, and delivery teams for aligned execution.

Manage vendors, partners, and marketing budgets effectively.

Reporting & Analytics

Monitor KPIs including leads, conversions, retention, revenue impact, and campaign performance.

Prepare periodic MIS reports and present insights to leadership.
