Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Location: Jaipur
Key Requirements:
1. Customer Outreach Specialist – Hindi/English
2. Customer Outreach Specialist – Telugu
3. Customer Outreach Specialist – Bengali
Key Skills & Experience (Customer Outreach):
Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu, or Bengali (as applicable)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outbound calling
Relevant experience in sales support
Customer-centric and proactive approach
Strong persuasive and communication skills
High tolerance for stress
Openness to training and coaching
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and HubSpot
Willingness to be cross-trained and handle outbound support
