Experience: 2-3 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Understanding both on-page and off-page SEO.
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click) & SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social strategies.
- Content Marketing: Familiarity with content creation, content strategy, and managing content calendars.
- Social Media Marketing: Experience with organic and paid strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Google Analytics: In-depth knowledge of GA to analyze traffic sources, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Ability to identify and optimize areas of the website and campaigns for higher conversions.
- Internal Communication: Clear communication with the team, clients, and other departments (design, sales, etc.).
- Client Communication: If working in an agency or client-facing role, maintaining a good rapport with clients, understanding their goals, and managing expectations.
- Reporting to Stakeholders: Ability to present campaign performance reports in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Marketing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Search Console, SEM, Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and others.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Digital marketing evolves rapidly, so a strong commitment to staying informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools/technologies.
- Audience Research: Understanding the customer journey and what drives user behavior.
- Personalization: Implementing strategies to create personalized experiences for customers (via email, landing pages, etc.).
- Scalable Strategies: Knowing how to scale successful campaigns while optimizing costs and maintaining quality.
- Automation and Efficiency: Using automation tools and optimized workflows to increase team efficiency.
- Prioritization: Being able to handle multiple campaigns and priorities without losing focus or quality.
- Deadline-Oriented: Meeting deadlines and keeping the team on track.
- Cross-Channel Experience: Ability to manage and integrate multiple digital marketing channels into cohesive strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 years in a leadership role, demonstrating successful campaign management and growth.
