Roles & Responsibilities
· Ability to write clear, engaging, and error-free content (blogs, website copy, social posts, emailers, ads).
· Strong grammar, vocabulary, and editing skills.
· Ability to adapt writing style for different industries (tech, education, e-commerce, etc.).
· Understanding of keywords, meta tags, headings (H1/H2).
· Ability to write SEO-optimized blogs/articles without keyword stuffing.
· Awareness of internal linking and on-page SEO basics.
· Knowledge of different digital marketing content formats:
Blogs & Articles
Website Landing Pages
Social Media Posts/Reels scripts
· Ability to conduct in-depth topic research.
· Writing original, plagiarism-free content with creativity.
· Awareness of trending topics in digital marketing niches.
· Comfortable using MS Word, Google Docs, Grammarly, Hemingway.
· Experience with AI writing assistants (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for ideation.
· Meeting deadlines & working on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Collaboration with SEO, design, and social media teams.
· Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
