Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and documentation efficiently.
- Assist with HR coordination tasks.
- Support management in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other official documentation as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office systems and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of office management procedures and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
