- Social Media Analysis: Conducting social media analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. This includes tracking social media metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Social Media Strategy: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with business goals and drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
- Content Planning: Developing and implementing content plans for social media platforms that align with the overall marketing strategy and target audience.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimizing campaigns to improve performance by testing and analyzing various elements such as ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and insights, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and sharing insights with the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree from recognized university.
- 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
