VertexPlus does not work on stereotypical models of product development. The approach that we choose and practice is highly flexible and promotes elementary processes on the basis of conventional Work Models.

We encourage work environment that promotes the following models and methodologies:

 

Waterfall Model

This product life cycle model requires a systematic and sequential approach that begins with client's software requirements and progresses with a streamlined functional path which entail thorough analysis of the project specifications, design conceptualization, design implementation, coding, debugging and testing and a post development warranty. It involves a meticulous checking and quality analysis system to keep up with the client's specification and correcting the deviations from standards if they occur.

 

Object Oriented Model

Software development life cycle for all our projects is defined by our standardized QMS procedures. For projects where development requirements arrive in work packets and object oriented module is used to optimally review and process the requirements. It this arrangement the execution phases, milestones, development tasks, associate work products, criteria of verification are provided with a platform where they can stand at par with the project guidelines.

 

Prototyping Model

This model helps in making inferences, analyze and depict complex projects with the help of concept building. Prototyping projects are similar to R&D projects and require a thorough study of scenario and elements that comes under the periphery of that project. The model frame by frame explains you the process and development phases the project needs to be treated with. It sequentially explains the fine points of a project and even helps to describe it to team or clients in a comprehensive manner, in case of a need.

 

Incremental Model

Our streamlined departmental functions have allowed us to deploy methodologies that uses Incremental model. It is an evolutionary model which combines elements of the waterfall model/linear sequential model and iterative idea of Prototyping which makes it ideal for projects of complex nature and typical architectures.
